APDK promotes a holistic approach to disability by aligning its services to the WHO Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Matrix. This is a multi-sectoral strategy that empowers persons with disabilities to access and benefit from health, education, livelihood, empowerment and social services. This done jointly in collaboration with the Government’s line Ministries which are Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (through National Council for Persons with Disabilities) Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, the donor community, Corporates, well-wishers, volunteers, Individuals and the community in our catchment areas
